A timeline of adventure.
My quilt journey began in 2003
I took a beginning sampler class taught by my friend, Carolyn in 2003.
I purchased a Bernina in 2004 and my first longarm in 2005
A continuation
Some of my favorites: Piecing, Paper Piecing, Applique, Embroidery, Fabric Painting and Embellishments. We are always looking for new learning opportunities.
My first quilt was the only quilted by a local longarm quilter. I continue to quilt for myself and family.
Quilt friends are the best. We have an active Baby Sew group as well as Comfort Quilt and Quilt of Valor groups. We have a quilt show every two years. We are known for hanging one of the best shows in Southwest Missouri. Our next show dates are September 20 & 21, 2025 and September 18 & 19, 2027 in Shell Knob, Missouri.
Add a footnote if this applies to your business
I was born and raised on a farm in Iowa.
I was tired of being cold for half the year so "emigrated" to Texas with three young sons.
I found my quilty friends when I relocated to the shores of Table Rock Lake in Shell Knob, Missouri.
